~We accept all major credit cards. Credit cards are processed through Paypal. Paypal account NOT required to process- choose Paypal as your payment option and follow the link "Don't have a Paypal Account?"
~We are happy to accept timely money orders and personal checks. Orders will not be shipped until check clears our bank, so expect a delay.
~We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-payment at our discretion.
Shipping
~Shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. There have been a few instances where our
shipping calculator was bypassed or had errors. If this happens, you will be
sent a paypal bill for shipping, and your order will not be processed until
shipping charges are paid.
~Instock orders will ship 2-4 business days
after payment receipt.
~All packages are shipped via USPS with Delivery
Confirmation. We are not responsible for packages lost in mail delivery. If
you would like to insure your package, please contact us, and we will do so. If
not, your Delivery Confirmation status is final. No exceptions.
~Moon Bees' is located in
Georgia; Herbaluna in Alabama. When placing an order for items created by both
companies, expect 2 packages. We do not charge any additional shipping charges
due to our different locations.
~Custom, bulk, and wholesale shipping will
vary and may be invoiced seperately to insure correct charges based on weight
and location.
Packaging
We reuse packaging and
shipping supplies whenever possible. We believe in reducing the amount of waste
we produce in our homes, and we will always carry this over to our business
practices. While the box may be ugly, rest assured that your items will be
protected and arrive in new condition! In the case of small orders we may choose
to leave out a packing slip/invoice. This was not a mistake. Invoices can
be reprinted from our Order Tracking Page as well as from your Paypal
transaction record. We prefer to limit our paper use whenever possible and
prefer to enclose an information card with additional instructions when
necessary.

Because of the nature of Herbaluna’s hand crafted, all
natural products, all sales are final. Products cannot be re-stocked or
re-sold. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and will work with
you to resolve any order problems or disputes. We will occasionally stock
supplies and/or ingredients for sale but encourage you to research your own
suppliers. Check back for newly listed items. Ask about free WAHM samples for
your business! Herbaluna reserves the right to refuse sales/services to anyone
for any reason.

Because we use only natural preservatives
in our products they have limited therapeutic shelf life and we recommend you
use them within 1 year of purchase unless otherwise noted. We use only pure,
natural, fresh, cruelty-free ingredients and do not make false claims regarding
potential benefits of natural therapies. However, all herbs are not safe for
everyone! The customer is responsible for being aware of and taking into
consideration ingredients and any personal allergies, conditions or medications
which may interact adversely with our products. Within this site you will find
