Butcher's Broom Root, Wildharvested TOP

A mild diuretic, Butcher's Broom was approved by the authoritative German Commission E as a supportive therapy for chronic venous insufficiency, a condition causing pain, swelling, and fatigue in the calves. Chronic venous insufficiency is related to varicose veins. The Commission also recommended butchers broom for treatment of hemorrhoids. At least one clinical trial found that butchers broom may relieve lymphedema (arm swelling) following treatment for breast cancer.

Carrot Seed Essential Oil (wildharvested) TOP
Diluted in a carrier oil it makes a wonderful facial oil for mature and weathered skin. It is beneficial in facial washes, after-shaves and cleansing lotions for problem skin. An all around "skin" oil, it improves tone and appears to have moisturizing properties. Mildly stimulating it is reputed to have a healthful effect on the liver. Also a wonderful treatment for dry, chapped lips!

Double distilled, high quality true Witch Hazel Extract,produced from the leaves and bark of the North American Witch-hazel shrub. Astringent, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, and has anesthetic properties. 86% Witch Hazel, 14% alcohol.

Yarrow Flowers, Organic TOP
The British Herbal Compendium notes that preparations of yarrow lower fevers, induce sweating, stop cramps, encourage menstruation, relieve inflammation, and stimulate the release of stomach acid to digest proteins and fats. The herb is used in skin treatments of slow-healing wounds. The Complete German Commission E Monographs recommends sitz baths with yarrow added to the bath water to relieve pelvic cramps in women.
